• Here’s the custom flyer process flow (for both template design and customized design):
  1. After you submitted the design, we will review the design first and send back the artwork to you for confirmation via email in 7-10 working days.
  2. Once the design is confirmed, the colour bardown will be sent for confirmation via email in 7-10 working days.
  3. After the colour bardown is confirmed, the production of the flyer will begin and might take 4-6 weeks to complete.
  4. Final quantities are subject to manufacturing tolerance. If the number of flyers are lesser than the MOQ numbers that we stated, we would proceed with a refund in EasyParcel credits. Or if the number of flyers has exceeded the MOQ numbers, there will be extra charges. You'll be notified via email on the final amount once the production has been completed.
  
  

⚠️ MUST-READ BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER

1. White is the base colour of the flyer. This custom flyer is available for single colour print only. You may pick only one colour that represents your brand.

2. Please ensure the submitted files are in CMYK color mode and provide the pantone colour (for eg: 385C) when you submitted your design in the form provided.

3. Artwork/colour/shades amendment may be required to suit the printing capabilities.

4. Final quantities are subject to manufacturing tolerance. If the number of the flyers are lesser than the MOQ numbers that we stated, we would proceed with a refund in EasyParcel credits. Or if the number of flyers has exceeded the MOQ numbers, there will be extra charges. You'll be notified via email on the final amount once the production has been completed.

5. Printed outcome of the flyer may vary from the artwork created as we couldn't guarantee a 100% colour accuracy.

- No cancellation is allowed after payment is made.
- No amendment can be made after the Typeform is submitted.
- Kindly note that the whole flyer production include several procedures from design, artwork confirmation to printing, thus it requires a longer time from normal orders.
